* Window 1, 5th Floor, Tsurumi Ward Office, (3-20-1, Tsurumi Chuoh, Tsurumi Ward)
How to apply: Fill the name of the participants in the payment slip attached with application form and pay the participation fee at the post office.
You can’t pay at the venue on that day.
We will send the postcard to people who completed the application and payment by December 14th.
